你的第一张一卡通
第一步:上传照片
If you are a new student or a new member of the faculty or staff, please upload a picture of 你的self using the “Submit a Photo” button below.
提交你的一张卡片照片All submitted photos must be a close-up, color, face-forward picture (similar to a passport photo). 照片应该 不 include hats, sunglasses, bandanas, inappropriate facial gestures, or hands near the face.
第二步:收到你的信用卡
Once 你的 photo has been submitted and approved:
- 新大学生 & 研究生:前提是您上传了图片, 你的 收费 will be available upon 你的 arrival to campus when you arrive for Orientation.
- 新教职员上传照片后, you will receive an email within 3 business days with instructions for collecting 你的 Card.
更换收费
A replacement request must be submitted if 你的 收费 is lost. If you have updated 你的 photo in CUWeb and want to receive a new card that displays the new photo, a replacement request must still be submitted. 一次提交, you can expect an email within one business day that will contain either pick up instructions or communication about next steps. Replacement 收费s are usually printed and available by 11am on the next business day.

卡故障? There are many reasons a 收费 may 不 be working properly. Bring it to the 收费 Office in room 107E of the Academic Commons in the Goddard Library building to have it inspected (hours: Mon to Fri, 上午八时至下午五时).

Your 收费 number is 你的 博彩平台推荐 ID Number. It is used by administrative systems and departments as a unique way to identify you.
The easiest way to find 你的 收费 number is by looking at 你的 收费!
Your 收费 number is the first eight numbers printed on the front of 你的 收费. The last two numbers simply represent the issuance number for 你的 card. This gets updated if 你的 card is lost and replaced.
If you don’t yet have a physical 收费, you can find 你的 收费 number in a few different places
新同学: You can find 你的 收费 number in Slate (你的 admissions portal). If you need help accessing Slate, you can contact 你的 Admissions representative.

Your Clark 收费 looks like an ordinary university ID, but it’s much more than that. The 收费 acts as a key to a number of services on campus including:
进入校园建筑
Your 收费 allows you to access academic buildings, many administrative buildings, and 你的 residence hall by tapping 你的 card on the card reader.
用你的一卡通支付
You can use 你的 收费 to make payments across campus and in the community.
沉淀资金
网上(只限学生): 学生 (and family or friends who have access to their online payment module) can add to their cash balance by making a deposit through CUWeb/Cashnet. Deposits can be made using an ACH check or a credit card (with additional fees). Please allow one hour for the deposit to be reflected in 你的 收费 balance.
访问里面的Clark 收费频道 ClarkYou to check 你的 balance or add cash to 你的 card by clicking on the “ADD MONEY” link.
收银员的办公室: You can also make deposits with check, case or credit card by visiting the Cashier’s Office. Please allow one hour for the deposit to be reflected in 你的 收费 balance. Click here for more information on the Cashier’s Office.

检查 & 取款
To check 你的 balance online, visit the Clark 收费 channel inside ClarkYou.
Any remaining balances will be refunded after graduation or after withdrawal from the University. No refunds are permitted during a semester unless you are withdrawing from the University.
打印服务
每学期, all students will receive a free printing allowance, which may be redeemed in any community printing area (e.g., printing in public labs, the Goddard Library, etc.). You use 你的 收费 to access these services. 请参阅 打印服务 网页提供更多资料.
图书卡
Your Clark 收费 is 你的 library borrower’s card for the University libraries and maintains a history of 你的 transactions. Click here for more information about the Library.
通往停车场的通道
Your 收费 allows access to parking garage if you purchase a garage sticker from University Police (located in Bullock Hall). Click here for more information on parking at Clark.
餐饮服务
Your 收费 also allows you to use 你的 undergraduate meal plan and/or Dining Dollars for use at on-campus dining services and off-campus restaurants.
